I’m Christian Search, owner and hands-on operator of NovaCraft Construction, proudly serving Dayton, Trotwood, and the greater Miami Valley.

I didn’t learn construction from YouTube or a classroom — I learned it by doing the work. With over a decade in the trades, I’ve handled everything from small handyman repairs to full home remodels. I’ve built, fixed, torn out, and rebuilt nearly every part of a house.
I previously ran a successful remodeling business in Tennessee for several years, managing jobs, crews, and clients at a high level. That experience taught me how to run projects efficiently, control costs, communicate clearly, and deliver results that actually make sense for homeowners and property investors.
